On behalf of our Client, we are looking for an experienced professional for the role of

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER | Latvia

who is ready to develop the Clinical Nutrition market together with a strong Baltic team

As a member of the Company organization, you will be responsible for:

  • Represent “Fresenius Kabi” products group in targeted organizations and ensuring that products would be understood and available to patients.
  • Own and deliver sales performance across target hospitals in Latvia.
  • Identify growth opportunities through market analysis and proactive business development.
  • Develop and implement plans (e.g. territory, account) that includes goals, action plans, time frames and recourses.
  • Develop strong clinical and business networks, including collaboration with key opinion leaders.
  • Provide high-quality medical and product-related information in line with compliance standards.
  • Lead customer engagement activities, including live and virtual trainings, events and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate and timely CRM reporting.
  • Contribute to cross-Baltic collaboration by sharing insights and best practices.
  • Ensure full compliance with company ethical, regulatory and EHS rules and procedures.

Product Portfolio: Parenteral Nutrition (Multi-Chamber Bags, Lipids and Amino Acids, Additives); Enteral Nutrition (Oral Nutritional Supplements and Tube Feeds); Medical Devices (infusion pumps, enteral nutrition pumps, I.V. sets.

To be successful in this Role, your professional background should cover:

  • Degree in Life Sciences (pharmacy, medicine, chemistry or related) and/or Business Management.
  • 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical product sales, with solid understanding of the hospital market.
  • Experience in project management and the ability to work across functions.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills, combined with account and territory management experience.
  • Fluency in Latvian and English.

Working place & mode: 100% home office + business trips across all Baltic countries.

Remuneration: Starting from €2900.00 gross (max salary level will be discussed with company’s representatives individually)
